Due to the custom nature of our products we cannot accept returns or cancellations on the items that are created to order (i.e. wall hangings, floor mats, banners, etc.). For all other items, we require that you contact us to receive a return authorization number (RMA) within one week of date of receiving item. Please contact us if you have any further question related to the refund policy of a particular item.
